Yes, we offer comprehensive window cleaning services, cleaning both interior and exterior windows. You can choose either service or both, depending on your needs.

Do you offer one-off cleans?
Yes, our window cleaning services include both one-off cleans and regular contract window cleaning packages. Regular cleans will have a lower rate than one-off cleans as dirtier windows will take longer to clean.

​How much does window cleaning cost?
The price of window cleaning depends on factors such as the number of windows, window size, accessibility, and whether you need interior, exterior, or both cleaned; this is why we visit your premises prior to providing you with a quote.

Is frequent window cleaning for commercial properties necessary?

Maintaining sparkling clean windows for commercial premises creates a positive impression on clients, visitors, and employees. Clean windows ensure that the maximum amount of natural light enters the building, which contributes to a more productive working environment for employees and an inviting space for customers and visitors.

How often should I have my windows cleaned? 
We recommend having windows cleaned on a monthly basis. This prevents dirt building up on the glass and reducing the amount of natural light entering your property. Frequency for contract window cleaning varies from premises to premises but most commercial cleans are every 4 weeks. We will discuss the frequency required for your premises as part of the quotation process as frequency of clean will affect the quote (windows cleaned less frequently will take longer to clean).

How do you schedule window cleaning?
Once we have visited your premises and have agreed both the frequency and price of the clean, we will remind you the day before via text for residential properties and a week before via email for commercial clients. We are always happy to adapt to your preferred method of communication. 
 

Are initial cleans more expensive?
Yes, initial window cleaning services are typically more expensive than regular maintenance cleans because they often involve more intensive cleaning to remove built-up dirt and grime, requiring additional time and effort. We will provide this information in your tailored quote.

Are frames and sills including in the clean?
Cleaning frames and sills is a service we provide as part of our comprehensive window cleaning service. All our quotes are fully itemised according to your window cleaning requirements.    
 

What window cleaning methods do you use?
We use the latest pure water-fed pole system to clean external windows. This is the safest, most eco-friendly and efficient window cleaning methods. Do you offer other exterior cleaning services?
In addition to window cleaning, we also provide vacuum gutter cleaning, cladding cleaning, fascia & soffit cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. 
 

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We have both Employers' Liability Insurance (£5 million) and Public Liability (£10 million) insurance.

Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, we work in light rainfall. We use purified water to clean windows which has a purity of 0 parts per million (ppm). Rainwater has a ppm of only 10-20 compared to hard tap water which has a ppm of 300. Drops of rain will not cause spots & streaks during the cleaning process. What happens if I'm not happy with the clean?
