Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
1.1. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd agrees to perform the Services as specified in the quotation or contract provided to the Client.
1.2. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2.2. Pricing is based on the information provided by the Client and may be subject to adjustment if the actual conditions differ.
2.3. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding property access, window quantity, and height.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment is due within 7 days for domestic properties and 30 days of the invoice date for commercial properties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. Late payments may incur interest.
3.3. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
3.4. Payments that are refused will be passed to our external debt collection agency (administration costs will be added to your bill).

4. Access and Safety
4.1. The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
4.2. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may reschedule or refuse to perform the Services, and the Client may be charged a fee.
4.3. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd complies with all health and safety regulations, and the Client must ensure the work environment is free of hazards.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
5.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd is insured for damages arising directly from its services.
6.2. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
6.3. The Client must notify the Service Midway Cleaning Services of any damages or issues within 24 hours after the service.

7. Complaints and Disputes
7.1. Complaints must be made in writing to admin@midwaycleaning.co.uk or via our contact us page within 5 working days of the service.
7.2. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd will address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
8. Inclement Weather
8.1 Midway Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to carry out our services, namely, to clean windows in the rain.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
9.2. Midway Cleaning Services may terminate the agreement without notice if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. Midway Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The Client will be notified of any changes in advance.
